  • Rental listings are created and pushed out to all major online rental sites and our network of agents

  • View comprehensive reports - income statements (profit and loss), rent roll, and more

  • We email these to you on disbursement day

  • Receive a year end statement in PDF or excel format to make doing your taxes fast and easy

  • We initiate a direct deposit to your bank account on the 10th of each month

  • We handle the payment of invoices related to the unit, giving you further peace of mind.

  • Our in house maintenance team is very skilled and efficient, and can handle most basic issues. There is no trip charge and no minimum fee. Maintenance service ($65/hour); outside vendor bills subject to 10% project management fee

  • We ensure the unit is in good condition for tenants, and that there is no damage from exiting tenants. All of this is documented.

  • We offer small welcome gifts for new tenants - small gestures go a long ways!

  • We have quality vendors to ensure a high level of quality and prompt service

  • We will gladly manage units within condos with the supported plan

  • 10 to 39 units: 15%

  • 40 to 59 units: 25%

  • +60 units: 35%
