Our in house maintenance team is very skilled and efficient, and can handle most basic issues. There is no trip charge and no minimum fee. Maintenance service ($65/hour); outside vendor bills subject to 10% project management fee

We ensure the unit is in good condition for tenants, and that there is no damage from exiting tenants. All of this is documented.
